General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for Calligraphy Services at Live Events
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for live event calligraphy services between Orsolya Fülöp (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the client.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the offer by the client. The contract is binding.
3. Description of Services
The Provider undertakes to perform on-site calligraphy services (live event services) on the agreed date, as described in the offer.
4. Payment Terms
Compensation shall be based on the price specified in the offer. The invoice amount is payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice without deduction.
5. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation fees apply based on the agreed fee:

Up to 4 weeks before the event: 50%

Up to 2 weeks before the event: 80%

Less than 1 week before the event: 100%
The cancellation fee does not apply in cases of force majeure (see Section 6).
6. Force Majeure / Cancellation Due to Illness
If the event cannot take place due to unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, official orders, illness of the Provider, or other serious cases, the obligation to perform the service shall cease. Any payments already made will be fully refunded in such cases. Further claims for damages are excluded.
7. Liability
The Provider shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. The Provider assumes no liability for damages caused by third parties on site.
8. References and Publications
The Provider reserves the right to use completed works and photographs thereof for reference and presentation purposes. This includes, in particular, publication on the website, social media platforms, or within the Provider’s portfolio.
Excluded from this are works containing personal data, individually agreed written exclusions, as well as projects subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the Provider’s registered place of business.
